Eric Pommier, SPHR, is the founder and Chief Operating Officer of EfficiencEase. With over 25 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Eric has built a career around helping mission-driven organizations operate with greater clarity, efficiency, and sustainability.
Eric currently serves as Senior Director of Expansion at a nonprofit workforce development organization, where he plays a key leadership role in growing the organization's reach and impact. In a previous operational leadership role with the same organization, Eric functioned as its operational executive, overseeing HR, compliance, IT, student services, finance, and facilities, leading cross-functional teams, and guiding the organization through national accreditation.
Earlier in his career, Eric directed state and federally funded early childhood education programs serving 500+ families, managing a multimillion-dollar federal budget and a team of more than 75 staff. He also served as a regional director for a statewide human services organization, overseeing community-based programs in family support, child abuse prevention, and early childhood development. His career began in community-based mental health, where he worked directly with children and families while building training systems and cross-agency partnerships; a foundation that continues to shape his belief that efficiency should support people, not exhaust them.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in English/Literature from Kansas State University and is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). He has served in advisory and board roles supporting education, workforce development, and organizational quality initiatives.
